static positions strengthening and helping the circulation of Qi in the body and the holding of correct body posture.

Stretching exercises

 stretching and relaxing using the basic arts of Kungfu

Meditation

taoist meditation has three principles: the right body posture, observing the track of the breath and calming the mind. As a result the front middle channel of Qi is open and the flow of Qi – the energy of the breath - is stabilized in the underbelly.

 

Qi Gong

Wu Xing Qi Gong

fundamental part of the training of Wu dang martial arts, study of the postures of dragon, tiger, leopard, snake and crane in the extreme positions leads to the fast development of physical and mental adaptability. Each position relaxes the blocking of the Qi channels and 5 organs – kidney, lung, liver, spleen and heart.

Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong 

Literary 8 pieces of brocade, but more precisely translated as 8 healing exercises is a meditation form coming from monastic lineage of taoist masters used originally as the exercise for cultivating the longevity, clean up the body from diseases and strengthening the mental condition. During the exercise we breath freely without any regulation of the breath.
