I devote myself to Tai Ji Quan since the year 1997 under the guidance of below listed masters :
Prof. Mário Topolšek, Zhai Hong Yin, Zhai Jun, Zhai Feng a shifu Yuan Xiu Gang (see teachers) also with the help of other lecturers: Phill Shields, shifu Dou Wan Chun and Toni DeMoulin.
I am very grateful to all of them for their guidance, for meeting them, for sharing and for their brave journey through the live to which I bow with high respect. Further I would like to thank master Edgar for his guidance and teaching in the realm of massage and spiritual development. My studies of Tai Ji Quan (Tai-chi Chuan) are closely connected to the studies of feng-shui, Chinese medicine and cultivation of longevity by Qi Gong.
Since the year 2008 I study the Internal Wushu styles in the Traditional Taoist Kungfu Academy in Wu dang under the guidance of Shifu – Yuan Xiu Gang.
Practicing Tai Ji Quan means for me the way towards health, strength, freedom, peace and recognition of myself.
